2012 Race Committee Schedule
DSA Members –
Here is the 2012 RC Duty Schedule worksheet. Please check it out to see what slots are available and then send an email to the Race Committee Chair to request assignment to the slots of your choice. Then, once assigned, please review periodically to confirm when you are scheduled for Race Committee Duty.
Currently we have 189 slots to fill for 2012.
Each DSA skipper should plan on serving on Race Committee in the role of PRO at least once during the season. Each DSA member should plan on serving on Race Committee in the role of Helper at least twice during the season.
The Race Committee Chair will assign you to the dates that match your preferences, and will let you know what they are. He will also forward, a week before you are scheduled, instructions for working on Race Committee. Once you are assigned specific dates, you are responsible for finding a replacement should a subsequent conflict arise. If you do swap your assignment with another member, be sure to let the Race Committee Chair know.
If you do not specify your preferences, the Race Committee Chair will contact you to assign RC time slots.
