DSA Winter Social Event

First Wednesdays

The lake has frozen over and the boats have been winterized. If you haven't noticed, there's been some snow. We won't see many of our sailing buddies at the lake. It's time to take our camaraderie indoors.

You're invited!

During the cold winter month's of local sailing withdrawal, I invite you all for a great series of social gatherings on the first Wednesday of the month from December to April.

Starting December 5th, we will be meeting at the relatively new Baker St. Pub and Grill located in the northwest corner of Marina Landing shopping Center (Belleview and Ulster in the Tech Center). The food is good, the drinks are well priced, and the old English Pub decor is a great setting. After the Yacht Club closed for the season this past Fall, a few of the DSA sailors headed over there after the races and enjoyed food drink and camaraderie with their fellow sailor's.

Don't give in to cabin fever; bring your sea stories and smiling face. Just look or ask around to find where we're sitting. (There are two bars. We'll likely be at the back bar near the patio entrance. ) Live music on Wednesday nights adds to the action.
